Your tasks
- Development and implementation of sustainability and ESG strategies, including CO₂ reduction measures
- Coordination of sustainability projects along the value chain
- Preparation of sustainability reports, key figure analyses and management presentations
- Collaboration with internal departments and external partners on sustainable initiatives
- Monitoring of industry-specific trends, regulatory requirements and ESG standards
Your profile
- Completed studies in sustainability management, environmental sciences, economics or similar
- Practical experience in the field of ESG, CSR or sustainability – ideally in the retail or trade sector
- Experience in the preparation of sustainability reports and in the management of relevant key figures
- Proactive, engaging way of working combined with strong communication skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and basic experience with reporting tools
