Your tasks
- Contact for tenants, service providers, owners and authorities in all technical matters
- Responsibility for the maintenance and repair of technical and structural systems
- Regular property inspections with digital documentation
- Selection, management and commissioning of external service providers, including tenders and evaluations
- Initial assessment of damage, preparation of damage reports and forwarding to the insurance company
Your profile
- Completed technical studies (e.g. facility management) or comparable training
- Professional experience in technical property management or commercial real estate is an advantage
- Knowledge of project management and confident handling of MS Office
- Structured, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills, team spirit and pronounced service orientation
