Your tasks
- Comprehensive advice to clients in real estate business law, real estate law and/or construction law
- Development of strategies and solutions around your individual focus of activity
- Enforcement of and defense against defect and liability claims
- Assisting clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings
- Assumption of technical and disciplinary personnel responsibility
Your profile
- Fully qualified lawyer with several years of professional experience in real estate, construction or commercial law
- Established network and ideally own client base
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills as well as entrepreneurial thinking
- High resilience, organizational strength and confident appearance
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Confident handling of common MS Office tools
