Your tasks
- Preparation of precise calculations and offers for turnkey construction projects
- Analysis and evaluation of tender documents and technical documentation
- Creation of structured and meaningful service specifications
- Close cooperation with internal specialist departments and external partners during project acquisition
- Support in contract negotiations and in direct exchanges with clients
Your profile
- Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the calculation of turnkey construction projects
- Sound knowledge of cost planning, service specifications and project evaluation
- Analytical, cost-conscious thinking and a structured, independent way of working
- Strong communication skills, negotiating skills and a confident manner in customer contact
