Your tasks
- Comprehensive legal advice to the management and specialist departments in all matters of real estate, construction and corporate law
- Support for real estate and property transactions including contract drafting and review
- Support for project development in private and public construction law
- Central contact person for tenancy law, asset management and real estate-related legal issues
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and managing external law firms and notaries
- Development of guidelines on GDPR and compliance
- Conducting internal training on legal topics
Your profile
- Completed legal studies (fully qualified lawyer)
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the real estate industry
- Sound knowledge of real estate, construction and corporate law
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Enjoyment of creative activities and familiarization with new areas of law
- Strong communication and teamwork skills and a high level of commitment
- Business fluent in English and confident in using common IT systems
