Your tasks
- Independent management of retail and office properties
- Management of existing and new tenancies incl. property inspections
- Communication and support for investors and rental partners
- Creation of budgets, reports and relevant evaluations
- Support with ESG reporting, sustainability strategies and change processes
Your profile
- Completed training as a real estate agent or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the commercial management of commercial real estate
- Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with reporting tools
- Commitment, strong communication skills and a structured way of working
- Team-oriented, flexible personality with quick comprehension skills
