Your tasks
- Quality assurance for new construction and extensive renovation projects in the HLSE sector, including checking plans and specifications
- Regular monitoring of construction work on site and creation and maintenance of electronic construction documentation
- Recording, reporting and tracking of defects until acceptance
- Close coordination with client representatives, structural engineering and TGA construction management
- Processing technical correspondence and clarifying technical issues in the field of supply engineering
Your profile
- Completed training as a master craftsman or state-certified technician in the field of HLSE
- Professional experience in the housing industry or in the planning, construction management or installation of technical supply systems
- Confident appearance, strong communication and assertiveness skills as well as a team-oriented way of working
- Strong ability to work in a team, organizational skills and a structured way of working
- Class B driver’s license and fluency in written and spoken German
