Your tasks
- Responsibility for the technical management of retail properties
- Planning and management of construction, renovation and maintenance measures
- Coordination and control of external service providers
- Monitoring of inspections, maintenance and tenant fit-outs
- Creation and management of budgets for maintenance measures
Your profile
- Completed technical training or engineering studies (preferably civil engineering/TGA)
- Professional experience in technical real estate management or facility management
- Knowledge of contracts and the management of external service providers
- High budget and cost orientation as well as organizational strength
- Strong communication and service orientation
