Your tasks
- Independent management and strategic development of a regional commercial real estate portfolio with a focus on increasing value and securing income
- Creation, coordination and implementation of business plans including budget responsibility, reporting and performance analyses
- Performing the owner function and working closely with internal and external service providers
- Management of letting and optimization measures to sustainably increase income and activate space
- Support in sales processes and participation in location-related development strategies
Your profile
- Successfully completed training or studies in real estate management
- Several years of professional experience in the asset management of commercial real estate
- A sound understanding of economic interrelationships and strong market knowledge in the Berlin and Brandenburg regions
- Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and independent working style with a hands-on mentality
- Very good MS Office skills as well as business fluent German and good English skills
