Your tasks
- Reviewing and checking contract and planning documents for technical completeness
- Creation of structured bills of quantities for shell construction, finishing and outdoor facilities trades
- Compilation and coordination of all relevant tender documents
- Examination, evaluation and comparison of incoming offers from a technical and commercial perspective
- Award discussions with subcontractors and independent commissioning of the trades
Your profile
- Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in technical purchasing, tendering or costing of construction projects
- Interest in cross-trade processes and technical exchange
- Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and a structured way of working
- High degree of initiative, team spirit and sense of responsibility
