Your tasks

  • Independent management of maintenance and modernization measures in residential and existing buildings
  • Implementation of energy-efficient building renovations in close coordination with specialist engineers and internal interfaces
  • Responsibility for project management, cost calculation and economic evaluation
  • Preparation of tenders, participation in awarding contracts as well as deadline, cost and quality control including construction supervision and invoicing
  • Close cooperation with clients and client representatives

Your profile

  • Degree in civil engineering or architecture or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in construction management, ideally in the field of portfolio modernization 
  • Confident handling of MS Office, knowledge of SAP is desirable
  • Strong ability to work in a team, organizational skills and a structured way of working
  • Class B driver’s license and fluency in written and spoken German
