Your tasks
- Independent management of maintenance and modernization measures in residential and existing buildings
- Implementation of energy-efficient building renovations in close coordination with specialist engineers and internal interfaces
- Responsibility for project management, cost calculation and economic evaluation
- Preparation of tenders, participation in awarding contracts as well as deadline, cost and quality control including construction supervision and invoicing
- Close cooperation with clients and client representatives
Your profile
- Degree in civil engineering or architecture or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in construction management, ideally in the field of portfolio modernization
- Confident handling of MS Office, knowledge of SAP is desirable
- Strong ability to work in a team, organizational skills and a structured way of working
- Class B driver’s license and fluency in written and spoken German
