Your tasks
- Independent calculation of demanding projects in building construction and turnkey construction including review of tender documents
- Evaluating customer inquiries and advising the management on the selection of relevant projects
- Contact person for customers during the quotation phase and for technical queries
- Development of offer variants and special proposals in close cooperation with work preparation and project management
- Participation in contract reviews, order negotiations and final costing discussions
Your profile
- Completed studies in civil engineering or comparable technical training
- Several years of professional experience in costing, supplemented by practical knowledge of construction implementation
- Experienced use of calculation software and sound knowledge of MS Office
- Structured way of working with flexibility, customer orientation and strong communication skills
- Enjoys coordinating complex processes and is a strong team player
