Your tasks
- Independent technical management of a portfolio of commercial properties
- Controlling and monitoring external service providers, especially in facility management
- Planning, implementation and control of investment and maintenance measures (CapEx)
- Optimization of operating costs and supply contracts
- Collaboration with commercial property and asset management and support with strategic portfolio measures
Your profile
- Completed technical training or a degree in engineering
- Relevant experience in technical real estate management of commercial properties
- Strong technical understanding as well as conceptual and solution-oriented thinking
- Confident demeanor, strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility and high level of initiative
