Your tasks
- Analysis and evaluation of potential locations including market and profitability analyses
- Negotiation and conclusion of rental, purchase and project agreements with owners, brokers and investors
- Management of the expansion process from the search for space to the realization of new locations
- Establishing and maintaining networks with municipalities, project developers and relevant stakeholders
- Close cooperation with internal departments such as Asset Management, Construction, Legal and Marketing
Your profile
- Completed studies in the field of real estate management or comparable qualification, alternatively training e.g. as a real estate agent/developer
- Several years of professional experience (5+ years) in project development, expansion or real estate management
- Very good market knowledge in the region and an existing network of relevant stakeholders
- Sound knowledge of construction planning and building law
- Strong communicator, outgoing personality with a structured, independent way of working
