Your tasks
- Commercial management of real estate projects in all phases of project development
- Preparation and evaluation of budget, cash flow and project calculations
- Controlling of ongoing projects incl. cost, deadline and quality monitoring
- Close cooperation with project managers, internal departments and external partners
- Preparation of reports, presentations and decision papers for management
Your profile
- Degree in economics, real estate management or comparable qualification
- Market and industry knowledge in the real estate industry, ideally in residential construction
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills and proactive team orientation
