Your tasks
- Development and implementation of innovative, marketable real estate concepts for large-volume construction projects
- Preparation of profitability analyses, site evaluations and project calculations
- Management of urban development procedures including development plans, contracts and approvals
- Negotiation and coordination with authorities, municipalities and relevant stakeholders
- Leading interdisciplinary project teams and coordinating external partners in all project phases
Your profile
- Degree in urban and regional planning, architecture, geography or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in independent project development, ideally in residential construction
- Very good knowledge of planning and building law
- Structured, independent way of working combined with strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel within the project locations
