Your tasks
- Responsibility for ongoing property accounting including invoice verification, preliminary account assignment, posting and allocation of payment flows
- Management of the dunning process, clarification of outstanding items and maintenance of rental contract, property and master data in the system
- Regular reporting and property-related financial statements
- Preparation of financial statements at company level and participation in cross-divisional projects
- Commercial client support including contact person function for clients and technical support within the team
Your profile
- Completed commercial training with relevant professional experience in accounting for real estate companies
- Very good understanding of numbers, analytical way of thinking and independent way of working
- High precision, reliability and pronounced service orientation
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and an affinity for digital processes
- Sound experience in dealing with YARDI and interest in the further development of digital accounting structures
