Your tasks
- Technical management of a commercial portfolio including control of all maintenance, inspection and servicing processes
- Coordinating external service providers, monitoring services and ensuring compliance with technical standards
- Carrying out regular property inspections and assessing the structural condition to derive suitable measures
- Examination, planning and implementation of maintenance measures as well as support with budgeting
- Analysis of cost reduction potential and optimization of existing technical contract structures
Your profile
- Completed technical studies or training in the field of construction, building technology or facility management
- Professional experience in technical property management, ideally with knowledge of fire protection and building services
- Independent working style combined with assertiveness and initiative
- Confident handling of MS Office and willingness to travel regionally
- Business fluent German and good English skills desirable
