Your tasks
- Responsibility for the management and further development of existing commercial properties and leases
- Independent preparation and review of rent adjustments and service charge settlements
- Analysis of economic key figures and implementation of rental calculations
- Preparation and ongoing controlling of budget, economic and investment plans for the properties under management
- Negotiation, conclusion and management of external service providers
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or studies in the field of real estate management, business administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of relevant experience in the management and letting of commercial and residential properties
- Structured work, strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
- Knowledge of commercial and/or residential tenancy law
- Confident handling of MS Office and various administrative software
