Your tasks
- Analysis and evaluation of real estate potential including location and area analyses
- Development and implementation of property and letting strategies together with Asset Management
- Management of external partners and negotiation and conclusion of rental agreements
- Active tenant management including receivables and relationship management
- Supporting planning and budget processes and reporting to management
Your profile
- Completed studies in real estate management or comparable training
- Sound market knowledge, ideally in the commercial real estate segment without a specific location reference
- Very good knowledge of commercial tenancy law
- Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as entrepreneurial thinking
- Willingness to travel within Germany and a high level of team spirit and commitment
