Your tasks
- Independent management, coordination and control of the trades on the construction site
- Management and control of external partner companies with regard to quality, deadlines and costs
- Ensuring proper implementation and recognizing the need for adjustments
- Recording, preparation and negotiation of supplements
- Checking invoices and assisting with change and supplement management
Your profile
- Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the construction management of turnkey projects
- Sound knowledge of VOB and an understanding of technical and economic interrelationships
- Structured, solution-oriented way of working and enjoy taking responsibility
- Strong communication skills, confident demeanor and motivation for assignments on regional or national construction sites
